Rakaiah is a succubus found next to the Remains of Trey Lightforge in Shadow Hold in Felwood. Jessir Moonbow in the Emerald Sanctuary wants Rakaiah killed.
She tortured Trey Lightforge to death.
Abilities
Curse of Weakness — Reduces the Physical damage dealt by an enemy by 1 for 2 min. Only one curse per warlock can be active on any one target.
Lash of Pain — Lashes an enemy, inflicting Shadow damage.
