Ragi the Hexxer is a Crawliac harpy and one of High Crawliac's three lieutenants, found in the Haglands in Highmountain.
Ragi is surrounded by several Hexxed Skyhorns. Upon her death, the hex is removed and the Skyhorn return to their tauren forms.
