Raggaran is an orc quest giver found in Southfury Watershed. His quests are part of Thonk's assignment to help the survivors of the flooding that occurred with the cataclysm.

When spoken with, he says: "No earthquake, flood, or any other act of the spirits will stop me from doing my duty."

Raggaran's quests are recycled from pre-cataclysm quests, but altered to fit the new storyline.
