Purify Disease is a priest class talent. It is only available for Shadow priests.

Hotfix (2022-11-30): Fixed an issue that caused Purify Disease to not go on cooldown correctly.
Patch 10.0.0 (2022-10-25): Now a row 2 class talent for Shadow only (was a level 18 Shadow ability).
Patch 9.0.1 (2020-10-13): Now learned at level 18 (was 22).
