Hotfix (2024-01-22): Now causes direct damage spells to inflict 30% of their damage on all other targets afflicted by your [Vampiric Touch] (was 25%).
Hotfix (2023-12-19): Now causes direct damage spells to inflict 25% of their damage on all other targets afflicted by your Vampiric Touch (was 15%).
Hotfix (2023-07-24): Now causes direct damage spells to inflict 15% of their damage on all targets afflicted by your Vampiric Touch within 40 yards (was 25%).
Hotfix (2023-06-26): Now causes direct damage spells to inflict 25% of their damage onto all other targets with Vampiric Touch (was 30%).

- Psychic Link now affects Devouring Plague and Shadow Word: Death. Now a 1-point talent and has been moved to Mind Sear's location (was row 7).
- Psychic Link's tooltip has been reworded.

Old: Mind Blast now deals 30% of its damage to all targets within 40 yards that are afflicted by your Shadow Word: Pain.
Patch 8.0.1 (2018-07-17): Converted from a rank 43 honor talent to a PvP talent. Now deals 20% of Mind Blast damage (was 30%) and no longer affects [Void Bolt].
Hotfix (2017-01-10): Psychic Link will now deal 30% of Mind Blast and Void Bolt damage (was 100%).
