Psychic Link is a Shadow priest talent.
Patch changes
Patch 11.0.2 (2024-08-13): Fixed an issue causing Psychic Link to not always hit when near the max range of its effect. 
Hotfix (2024-01-22): Now causes direct damage spells to inflict 30% of their damage on all other targets afflicted by your [Vampiric Touch] (was 25%). - Hotfix (2023-12-19): Now causes direct damage spells to inflict 25% of their damage on all other targets afflicted by your Vampiric Touch (was 15%).
- Hotfix (2023-07-24): Now causes direct damage spells to inflict 15% of their damage on all targets afflicted by your Vampiric Touch within 40 yards (was 25%).
- Hotfix (2023-06-26): Now causes direct damage spells to inflict 25% of their damage onto all other targets with Vampiric Touch (was 30%).
- Patch 10.1.0 (2023-05-02):
- Psychic Link now affects Devouring Plague and Shadow Word: Death. Now a 1-point talent and has been moved to Mind Sear's location (was row 7).
- Psychic Link's tooltip has been reworded.
- Patch 10.0.5 (2023-01-24): Now also functions with
[Mindgames], 
[Void Bolt], and 
[Void Torrent]. - Hotfix (2022-11-21): now causes
[Mind Blast], 
[Mind Flay], and 
[Mind Spike] to deal 30%/60% of their damage to all other targets affected by your [Vampiric Touch] within 40 yards (was 15%/30%). - Patch 10.0.0 (2022-10-25): Now a row 7 Shadow talent (was a level 40 Shadow talent). Now also affects Mind Flay and Mind Spike.
Patch 9.1.5 (2021-11-02): Psychic Link deals 60% of Mind Blast's damage (was 50%). - Hotfix (2020-12-10): Psychic Link will no longer replicate increased damage taken bonuses from the target.
- Patch 9.0.1 (2020-10-13): Converted from a PvP talent to a level 40 talent, and redesigned. Now causes Mind Blast to deal 50% of its damage to all other targets afflicted by your Vampiric Touch within 40 yards.
- Old: Mind Blast now deals 30% of its damage to all targets within 40 yards that are afflicted by your Shadow Word: Pain.
- Old: Mind Blast now deals 30% of its damage to all targets within 40 yards that are afflicted by your Shadow Word: Pain.
Patch 8.0.1 (2018-07-17): Converted from a rank 43 honor talent to a PvP talent. Now deals 20% of Mind Blast damage (was 30%) and no longer affects [Void Bolt]. 
Hotfix (2017-01-10): Psychic Link will now deal 30% of Mind Blast and Void Bolt damage (was 100%). - Patch 7.0.3 (2016-07-19): Added.
