Protector Bialon is a human guard in Sentinel Hill. Before the Cataclysm, he used to guard the Defias Traitor. Along with other guards, he will fight the gnolls occasionally though not doing any real damage. He was previously part of the People's Militia.
He was present during the Legion Invasions.

Shoot — Shoots at an enemy, inflicting Physical damage.
