The Potion of Mazu's Breath is provided as an objective for  [30-35] Mazu's Breath in the Dread Wastes. After drinking it, the player permanently has the Mazu's Breath buff while in Soggy's Gamble, Lonesome Cove, and the Shelf of Mazu.

 Mazu's Breath — Grants water breathing and increases sea floor movement speed by 80% while in Shelf of Mazu and Lonesome Cove.
