A Plagued Roach is a cockroach that has been affected by eating plagued grain from the Conspicuous Crates found in towns. They are part of the Zombie Infestation world event. They returned during the Death Rising world event in Orgrimmar and Stormwind City.
Killing one causes the attacker to become infected.
