Plagued Maggots are critters spawned out of Supply Crates in Stratholme. They also appear as you try to pass one of the gates in Stratholme. Sometimes, they will glitch and spawn without a box being opened.
Abilities
Maggot Slime — Reduces an enemy's melee attack power by 50 and its ranged attack power by 50 for 20 sec.
