Plague Beasts are plague eruptors found in Naxxramas. In the Classic version, they're bog beasts instead.
Abilities

Mutated Spores — Inflicts Nature damage to nearby enemy targets every 3 sec.
Plague Splash — Throws a plague bomb at a nearby target, dealing X Nature damage and Y Nature damage every 3 sec to the target and nearby enemy targets for 15 sec.

- Mutated Spores — Inflicts Nature damage to nearby enemy targets every 3 sec.
Trample — Inflicts Physical damage to nearby enemies.
Patch changes
Patch 9.0.1 (2020-10-13): Squished to level 31 (was 81). - Patch 3.0.2 (2008-10-14): Changed to a plague eruptor model (was bog beast). Level changed to 81 (was 61).
