Person-Computer Interface is an Azerite trait available to all classes. It can only be found on Azerite Armor goggles dropped by King Mechagon in Operation: Mechagon.

This trait will only function if you have the [Pocket-Sized Computation Device] equipped, with a yellow punchcard socketed into the appropriate slot. Person-Computer Interface increases the first stat listed on the punchcard.
At one point during testing, this trait had the following effect instead: "Increases the effectiveness of Red Punchcards and Yellow Punchcards in your equipped Pocket-Sized Computation Device by 50%."
