Trivia

An alternate version, [Packed Ice], was present in the database during the Battle for Azeroth until early in the beta.

Hotfix (2018-09-24): Packed Ice damage increased by 120%, and increased by 45% if used with [Splitting Ice]. Damage reduced by 50% against players.
Patch 8.0.1 (2018-07-17): Added.
