Owatanka, Bluebolt, is a blue thunder lizard most often seen just south of Camp Taurajo in the Barrens. Owatanka's tailspike was of interest to Jorn Skyseer in Camp Taurajo.
Abilities
Chained Bolt — Strikes an enemy with a lightning bolt that arcs to another nearby enemy. The spell affects up to 3 targets, causing 28 to 32 Nature damage to each.

Notes
- Other creatures in the southern Barrens which also started similar quests were: a wind serpent named Washte Pawne, the Silithid Harvester and a kodo named Lakota'mani.
- Respawns in approx. 4-5 minutes
