Overseer Kraggosh was an orc member of the Kor'kron guard and was sent as part of the force that had to watch over the Undercity. Overseer Kraggosh's personal task seemed to be ensuring no more Legion-aligned abominations could crawl out of the Apothecarium.
After the Kor'kron were removed in Warlords of Draenor, Kraggosh can now be found as a mutilated body in a cage near where he watched over Master Apothecary Faranell.
