Orc Prisoners are located on the lower level of Durnholde Keep in Old Hillsbrad Foothills. Most are simply sitting or walking around the area, while others are sleeping inside the interment lodges or gathering water from wells. They occasionally complain about a lack of food or water.
After the internment lodges are set on fire using the 
[Pack of Incendiary Bombs], the orcs run out of the buildings to watch the blaze, with some of them cheering or applauding.
