Or'kaos the Insane is a nether drakonid patrolling a floating island on the southeastern edge of Netherwing Ledge in Shadowmoon Valley.

Abilities

Cleave — Inflicts 110% of normal melee damage to an enemy and its nearest ally.
Mortal Strike — Inflicts 200% weapon damage and leaves the target wounded, reducing the effectiveness of any healing by 50% for 5 sec.
Uppercut — Inflicts normal damage plus 50 to an enemy, knocking it back.

Originally Toranaku was supposed to give a quest to kill Or'kaos upon a player reaching Exalted with Netherwing in order for him or her obtain a netherdrake mount; but the idea was replaced with [25-30] Lord Illidan Stormrage.
Currently serves no useful purpose, including lacks loot.
