Optimistic Benj is a rare turtle in Old Hillsbrad Foothills. He sits on top of a waterfall, just south of the road. He is the younger, less jaded version of Cranky Benj.
Notes
Although Benj is flagged as a rare, this was only done to match his modern-day self, as he spawns every time the dungeon is run.
