Onlookers are untargetable NPCs of various covenant races that make up the majority of the crowd in the Crucible in Oribos during 
[60] A Long Walk, [60] The Fate of Sylvanas, and the start of [60] Penance and Renewal. Their ranks consist of kyrian aspirants (both normal and Forsworn), Maldraxxi necromancers, sylvar, and venthyr.
