A crew of Dragonwaste Enslavers, who have captured a Subjugated Drake, work under his command nearby. He is surrounded by his three level 25 battle pets: Rot, Sleet, and Drogar. He acts in the name of Warchief Garrosh Hellscream.

Defeating him is required to complete the  [Taming Northrend] achievement.
