Norbin Nimblesprocket[1] is a gnome found sitting in a tower in Northwatch Hold in the Southern Barrens. Next to him are Screws and Gears.
He survived the Razing of Northwatch Hold and was encountered by the Horde champions when they came to install goblin Azerite cannons on the northern shore of the Great Divide at Northwatch Hold in the Southern Barrens during the Fourth War.[1]
