It was available for purchase from the Battle.net Shop or In-Game Store for $10 since 11 July 2021.[1]
It was obtainable from the Digital Deluxe Edition and Collector's Edition of World of Warcraft: Legion.
It was later included in The Hallow's End Pack on 17 October 2023, at a discounted price with other items, before being removed from purchase entirely on 31 October 2023.[2]

Notes
- Summoning
[Reins of the Illidari Felstalker] whilst being accompanied by Nibbles causes a heart to appear over Nibbles' head (similar to the reaction of the 
[Dread Hatchling] when it encounters 
[Reins of the Dread Raven] or 
[Reins of the Raven Lord]).
