Netherskates are nether rays found in Shadowmoon Valley. They have a unique red skin.
Like the Netherwing Ray, they have no mana of their own, but will steal it from foes, and if they drain enough will cast 
[Nether Shock].
Abilities
Drain Mana — Drains mana from an enemy over 5 sec. and transfers it to the caster.
Tail Sting — Strikes the enemy with a powerful poison, damaging them and slowing them. This effect decreases over time.
