Nether Precision is a conduit for Arcane mages. It drops from Mordretha, the Endless Empress in the Theater of Pain and Halondrus in the Sepulcher of the First Ones.

It can also drop from various Shadowlands rare spawns, world quests, and Covenant Callings, scaling to your item level.
