The Nether Elemental is an arcane elemental located in the courtyard guarded by Spellblade Aluriel in the Nighthold. The elemental is being contained by two Celestial Acolytes.
Achievements
When attempting 
[Elementalry!], the Nether Elemental, is changed first to an Adventurous Nether Elemental and then finally a Well-Traveled Nether Elemental.
