Nazgrel is an orc child trapped in a cage in Kor'gall's Hovel. After he is freed by the adventurers, he runs to his father and joins the outpost Beastwatch.
In the past, he was taken by Laughing Skull Orcs and Kash'drakor killed a dozen of them in order to get his son.[1]
