A Siege of Worlds drops from Blackhand in Blackrock Foundry. As with all music rolls, players must have completed 
[40] Bringing the Bass before being able to acquire this roll. Like the other music roll boss drops, the drop chance is not 100%.
"A Siege of Worlds" was the main theme for the Warlords of Draenor expansion and served as the game's login music during that period.
