Moskhoi is a jormungar located in the Azure Span during Grand Hunts.
Abilities
Frost Breath — Inflicts 80 Frost damage to all enemies in front of the caster. Stuns all enemies in front of the caster, rendering them unable to move or attack for 3 sec.
Frozen Barrage — Inflicts 75 Frost damage to enemies within 5 yards of the impact. Reduces the movement speed of all enemies within 5 yards of the impact by 50% for 5 sec.
