Morgan the Collector is a human found at the Brackwell Pumpkin Patch in Elwynn Forest. He is a member of the Defias Brotherhood and in charge of Defias operations in Elwynn Forest. He has a ring that provides clues about the connection between the Defias Brotherhood and the old Stonemasons Guild in Stormwind.

Marshal Patterson (previously Marshal Dughan) wants Morgan killed for the quest [1-30] Manhunt.
