Morg Wolfsong was an orc shaman. His caravan was ambushed by a band of renegade orc warlocks still loyal to the Burning Legion. The warlocks killed the shaman, stole one of their sacred artifacts - a powerful relic - and then fled back into the hills, to their secret coven nearby.
Rexxar found mortally wounded Morg among the dead bodies of his fellow shaman. Morg asked Rexxar to avenge the ghosts of his murdered brethren and recover the stolen artifact. Rexxar found the secret coven, as that place "reeked of evil" and destroyed the warlocks. He returned the sacred relic to Morg and it calmed the ghosts of the fallen shaman. Morg asked Rexxar to take the artifact and the rest of their items. He died in peace, knowing that the items lay in honorable hands.[1]
Trivia
- Morg Wolfsong is also a name for random Far Seer in Warcraft III: Reign of Chaos.
- Morg Wolfsong still regenerates while waiting for you to finish his quest.
