For 5 sec, the next [ 450% of Shadow Spell Power ] damage they deal will heal their target, and the next [ 450% of Shadow Spell Power ] healing they deal will damage their target.; ; Discipline, Holy:; Reversed damage and healing restore up to 4% mana.; ; Shadow:; Reversed damage and healing generate up to 20 Insanity.;

Mindgames is the priest class ability of the Venthyr Covenant. It's available to all priests who join the Venthyr.

This ability is also temporarily available during the Revendreth portion of the Shadowlands campaign; it's given by the quest [58-60] The Authority of Revendreth and lasts until you finish the Revendreth storyline.

Patch changes

Patch 9.0.5 (2021-03-09): No longer reverses damage or healing from itself when reflected.
Hotfix (2020-12-07): Will now display on nameplates to the casting Priest.
