Messenger Torvus is an orc quest giver located at Agmar's Hammer in Dragonblight. He is a servant of High Overlord Saurfang. He approaches adventurers under the guise of discussing the war effort, when in reality he's there to clandestinely deliver a message regarding Garrosh Hellscream's rising prominence in the Horde.[1]
