Messana is an aranakk located next to Grimshadow in Keres' Rest in Maldraxxus while the world quest 
[50-60WQ] Drawing Out the Poison is available.
Messana also participates in the assault on the House of Rituals during 
[60] The Third Fall of Kel'Thuzad. They are initially found at the southern entrance to the house alongside Aran, until Draka orders the two of them to take their forces from the House of Eyes over the mountains and harry the Ritualist back lines. Messana and Aran subsequently move southeast to a platform where they remain standing for the rest of the assault.
