[Twisted Faith] rune for chest armor.
Learning the rune requires a Meditation buff.

This rune can be found in five different zones:
The Barrens
Obtain a 
[Helping Hand] from quilboar at Thorn Hill. Cast 
[Resurrection] on any dead player or pet, then use the Helping Hand to get the Memory.
Darkshore
Obtain a 
[Shatterspear Offering] from Stormscale Myrmidons, Sorceresses, or Warriors in the Ruins of Mathystra. Use it at the underwater statue in the pit in the ruins to receive the Memory.
Loch Modan
Obtain an 
[Offering Coin] from Tunnel Rat Diggers, Geomancers, or Surveyors in Silver Stream Mine. Use it at the well inside the mine to receive the Memory.
Silverpine Forest
Drops from the Wailing Spirit in Beren's Peril.
Westfall
Drops from the Undying Laborer in the Gold Coast Quarry or Jangolode Mine.
