Meditation is a passive ability which allows mana regeneration from Spirit to continue while casting.

Patch changes

Patch 4.0.1 (2010-10-12): Removed.
Patch 3.1.0 (2009-04-14): Changed location with [Improved Power Word: Shield] (was tier 3). Now grants 17/33/50% of mana regeneration while casting.
Patch 2.3.0 (2007-11-13): Increased to 10/20/30% mana regeneration (was 5/10/15%).
Patch 1.10.0 (2006-03-28): Moved from tier 5 to tier 3.
