Notes
Until the requirement was removed in Dragonflight, it was one of very few pieces of non-crafted gear that required Engineering to wear.

Patch 10.0.2 (2022-11-15): No longer requires Engineering. 
Patch 9.0.1 (2020-10-13): Level squished. 
Patch 8.0.1 (2018-07-17): Item level squished. 
Patch 7.3.0 (2017-08-29): Now grants Agility or Intellect. - Patch 7.0.3 (2016-07-19): Strength replaced with Agility.
Patch 6.0.2 (2014-10-14): Stats squished. 
Patch 4.0.3a (2010-11-23): Item level reduced from 31 to 29. Arcane Resistance replaced with Crit.
