Mechantula.

Mechantula is a mechanical spider battle pet created with Kul Tiran and Zandalari Engineering (125). The schematic is learned from  [Schematic: Mechantula], purchasable for 1  [Pristine Gizmo] from Micro Zoox in Dun Morogh.

Pet journal

The Mechantula was created by an unknown gnomish Engineer. Rumor has it when the original schematic was found, it was in a room covered with dusty old webbing, but neither the original Mechantula or the engineer who drafted the schematic could be found.

Mechanical: Comes back to life once per battle returning to 20% health.
