Matron Ossela is a blood elf priest trainer located in the Sunreaver's Sanctuary in Dalaran.
After the fall of Dalaran, she could be found with Nelur Lightsown and Saedelin Whitedawn outside the Peacekeepers' Post in Dornogal.
