Patch changes

Patch 10.1.0 (2023-05-02): Duration decreased to 6 seconds in PvP combat (was 8 seconds).
Patch 10.0.0 (2022-10-25): Now a row 8 class talent (was a level 35 talent).
Patch 9.0.1 (2020-10-13): Now available at level 35 (was 60).
Patch 7.3.0 (2017-08-29): Mass Entanglement is now a 15-yard AoE around the target (previously rooted the target and spread to nearby enemies).
Patch 7.1.5 (2017-01-10): Duration now 30 seconds (was 20 seconds).
Hotfix (2016-10-25): Mass Entanglement should now reliably chain to nearby targets.
Patch 7.0.3 (2016-07-19): Changed from a level 45 to level 60 talent.
Patch 5.4.0 (2013-09-10): No longer has a limit on the number of targets that could be affected, up from 5.
