Marli Wishrunner is a night elf located in a small camp right by the road between the Twin Colossals, in a nook in the northwestern colossal in Feralas.
Years before the Fourth War, she teleported Rexxar and his companions atop the Twin Colossals. He became stranded there as Marli forgot to tell him that her partner at the top had gone home for the day, so he couldn't teleport them back down.[1]
