Marketa is the Alliance warlock leader in Stormshield Outpost, Ashran. She serves as the Warlock Gateways NPC for the Alliance in Ashran.
Function
In exchange for 300 
[Artifact Fragment], Marketa will open Warlock Gateways for the Alliance, linking the Amphitheater of Annihilation (North-west) and the Molten Quarry (South-east). Each gateway has a guardian NPC. The Gateways can only be used while both are active and controlled by the same faction. Active Warlock Gateways are shown on the map as green exclamation marks.
Supplying Marketa with Artifact Fragments rewards 
[Honor Points] and reputation with Wrynn's Vanguard.
Abilities
Curse of the Elements — Curses the target for 30 sec, reducing Arcane, Fire, Frost, Nature, and Shadow resistances by 125 and increasing magic damage taken by 8%. Only one Curse per caster can be active on any one target.
Rain of Fire — Calls down a molten rain, burning all enemies in a selected area for Fire damage every 3 sec. for 9 sec.
Shadow Bolt — Hurls a bolt of dark magic at an enemy, inflicting Shadow damage.
