Manuscript of Endless Possibility was sold by Maztha and Dathendrash during the Outland Cup for 40x 
[Riders of Azeroth Badge]. It teaches the 
[Endless Possibility] spell.
Learning this manuscript did not teach the spell account-wide, meaning alts would need to purchase the manuscript as well to use the spell. With a hotfix, this item was instead turned into the toy, 
[Vial of Endless Draconic Scales].
Patch changes
Hotfix (2024-01-22): The Manuscript of Endless Possibilities should now be the Vial of Endless Draconic Scales. If you had acquired the manuscript you should now be able to find the Vial waiting for you in your toybox. - Patch 10.2.5 (2024-01-16): Added.
