Malevus the Mad is a blood elf. She is one of the random prisoners that is trapped in a Ethereum Prison and drops an 
[Ethereum Prisoner I.D. Tag]. She is the weakest hostile being that you can encounter from opening an Ethereum Prison, having the least health and no abilities. She is immune to stun.
She is wearing the Blessed Battlegear of Undead Slaying.

Before she was captured by the Ethereum, she might have been affiliated with Scryers, as she wears their tabard. Whether she became "mad" before or during her imprisonment is unknown.
