Maelstrom Weapon Shaman rune Passive When you deal damage with a melee attack, you have a chance to reduce the cast time and mana cost of your next Lightning Bolt, Chain Lightning, Lesser Healing Wave, Healing Wave, Chain Heal, or Lava Burst spell by 20%. Chance increased by 50% while your main hand weapon is enchanted with Windfury Weapon. Stacks up to 5 times. Lasts 30 sec.

Patch changes

• Hotfix (2024-07-22): Clearcasting will now correctly be consumed if you have 5 stacks of Maelstrom Weapon and you cast a non-Maelstrom Weapon empowered spell.
  
• Hotfix (2024-02-20): The proc chance is now roughly 50% higher when your main hand weapon or your two-hand weapon is imbued with [Windfury Weapon].
