Madam Gosu is a pandaren who can be found in the Hall of Shadows. She allows access to the Black Market. Next to her are the worgen Tear and Shred who seem to act as her bodyguards.
During the Fourth War, Magam Gosu was also found in Hook Point in Boralus without Tear or Shred as bodyguards.
