Ma'ruk Wyrmscale is a rare mob orc found in the dwarven bunker in Dun Algaz near Wetlands.

Abilities

Dragon's Breath — Targets in a cone in front of the caster take Fire damage and are Disoriented for 1.5 sec. Any direct damaging attack will revive targets.
Enrage — Enrages, increasing physical damage and attack speed for 2 min.
Mark of Flames — Increases the Fire damage taken by an enemy by 1 for 30 sec.
Rushing Charge — Charges the target and causes the caster to inflict additional damage on its next attack.

The subject of this section was removed from World of Warcraft in patch 4.0.3a but is present in Classic Era.

Battle Shout — Increases the melee attack power of nearby party members by 4 for 2 min.
Improved Blocking — Increases the caster's chance to block by 75% for 6 sec.

Unlike the other Dragonmaw orcs, Ma'ruk was not given the new Dragonmaw model.
He was initially planned to be a part of a quest given by Valstag Ironjaw with the objective to kill him. It referred to him as Maruk Wyrmscale instead.^[1]
