Luminous Shell.
Luminous Shell is found at [52.6, 29.5] on the north shore of the stream between the Archenon Siegeyard and Shattrath City in north-central Talador. It contains the 
[Snail Shell Necklace], roughly 11
and 20-30 
[Garrison Resources].

To check whether the Luminous Shell has been looted, copy and paste this command into the chat window:
