The Lost Son of Arugal is a rare worgen that patrols around Silverpine Forest. With its "father", the Archmage Arugal, and many of its brothers dead, this worgen is left to wander the forest alone.
The debuff 
A Chill Runs Up Your Spine appears whenever the Lost Son is nearby, making it relatively easy to spot (and avoid, if necessary).
Abilities
Arugal's Gift — Inflicts 11 Shadow damage to an enemy after 15 sec.
