Lord Maldazzar is a rare mob human found near Malicia's Outpost in the Western Plaguelands.

He can drop an [Invader's Scourgestone], as well as a random uncommon item, and awards 50 reputation with the Argent Dawn.

Abilities

Shadow Bolt — Hurls a bolt of dark magic at an enemy, inflicting Shadow damage.
Summon Skeleton — Summons 1 Skeleton to aid the caster in battle for 30 sec.

His name is a random name for Death Knights in Warcraft III: Reign of Chaos.
This mob is often bugged and spawns below ground, so you can't see him. You probably need to be near his level for him to aggro and fight him.
