Lord Baurles K. Wishock is a human member of the House of Nobles located in the Petitioner's Chamber in Stormwind Keep. Wishock has a fondness for liquor and often spent his nights at the Slaughtered Lamb tavern, running up a bill which he never paid.[1] At some point, he was made aware of the warlock coven in the inn's basement and tried to lobby the House of Nobles to launch a full investigation[2] to shut down the establishment. The warlock Zardeth of the Black Claw sent adventurers to kill Wishock with a poisonous brew[1] so the warlocks could keep practicing their ways without disturbance.[3]

Notes and trivia
- Despite being killed in the pre-Cataclysm quest [30] A Noble Brew, Wishock is still alive and present in the game after Cataclysm, though he no longer serves any gameplay purpose.
- The name "Baurles K. Wishock" is an anagram of "Charles Bukowski".
