Lord Basilton is a crystalspine found in the Gardens of Unity in Thaldraszus. When the crystalspine and Gryrmpech first met, they went on adventures together.[1] When Gryrmpech became old,[2] he became Gryrmpech's executive assistant and apprentice. The green drakonid described him as loving to explore and being bad at defending himself. When he went missing, Gryrmpech had adventurers find Basilton. They found him in piles of junk, and the crystalspine returned to his teacher.[3] The adventurer also found a pocketwatch, and Gryrmpech sent them to give it to Orizmu, but Basilton wanted to accompany them. After briefly accompanying them,[4] he returned back to Gryrmpech when the adventurer went to fight the Blazing Inferno.[5] Gryrmpech realized that Basilton missed his previous exploring and that was why he had wandered off. As such, the drakonid asked the adventurer to take the lord crystalspine to see other places, and Basilton was excited to go on more adventures.[1]
